Warranty is 90 days from the original date of purchase. Within the warranty period, optional extended warranty may be purchased to extend the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer membership plan for more details. The extended warranty is only available for Sonocaddie unit and does not include accessories and components. And any repair or replacement of the product will be covered by Sonocaddie at no charge for parts or labor.

To obtain a warranty service, purchaser must require a RMA number and return the item postpaid with the proof the original purchase date and return to the address. Please email to sales@sonocaddie.com to require a RMA number and further information.

The above warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, improper use, misuse or other human errors, and defects from installation and batteries. Our warranty service departments will double check the item if the unit is valid for warranty service.

With invalid warranty service or period, purchaser will be notified all the cost for parts, labor, and shipping cost. Therefore, please contact our warranty service department for further details.

Refunds
Als u niet tevreden bent met het product, mag u binnen 20 dagen na aankoopdatum het apparaat aan ons retourneren en krijgt u het volledige aankoopbedrag weer terug. Hieronder zijn accessoires niet inbegrepen. Het apparaat moet in onbeschadigde staat verkeren.

Returns Procedure
All the returns are required a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to process the returns procedure. RMA numbers are valid for 20 days from the issue date. Any returns without RMA numbers are not acceptable and will be returned in post-paid shipping.

If you lost your original receipt, you can provide us with the name, postal address, product serial number and email address of the person who purchased the product and contact our customer service.

Packaging en retourzendingen
Alle retourgoederen dienen in onbeschadigde staat en in de originele verpakking te worden teruggestuurd. Alleen goederen die door onze schuld defect zijn worden ingenomen. In andere gevallen zult u worden belast met verzendkosten. Voor de reparatiekosten zullen wij u vooraf prijsopgave doen. Apparaten die geen garantiesticker meer hebben vallen niet onder de garantie.

Wij raden u aan uw retourzending te verzekeren, daar wij niet aansprakelijk zijn voor verlies of diefstal onderweg.
